TORREFARMA was born in 2003, as a Joint Venture between Laboratorio Vegal and Suanfarma. In 2012 the Suanfarma group bought the 100% of the stake and in 2013 it merged with another subsidiary (Labosuan R & D) and changed its name to Labosuan. Since July 2019, Labosuan now named again TORREFARMA has been bought by a European privately held group named FENN HEALTHCARE.
We are a pharmaceutical company whose main activity is the development and the commercialization of EU generic products for the treatment of chronic diseases with the mission to serve patients worldwide with high quality affordable medicines.
TORREFARMA commercializes its products through licensing and supply, licensing and tech transfer and distribution agreements depending on our partners and clients needs.
